There’s a new builder on the block: Welcome, American Legend Homes

We’re oh-so-thrilled to announce that American Legend Homes is joining the Barefoot Lakes community. As a smaller, private builder, American Legend Homes is known for creating homes that balance style and function — all while offering the kinds of personalized touches that really make a house feel like a home. The Homes 

At Barefoot Lakes, American Legend Homes offers six distinct floorplans. These one- and two-story homes range from approximately 1,800 to 2,400 square feet, providing ample space for families of all sizes. With modern, open layouts and thoughtfully designed spaces, each home can be tailored to fit your family’s unique lifestyle. For example, optional rec rooms can be transformed into anything you need — from a home office to a private yoga studio. Got lots of stuff? Many of these homes come with three-car tandem garages, offering plenty of room for tools, holiday decorations, workout equipment and more.

The Model 

One model from American Legend Homes — the V433 — will be open for your touring-in-person pleasure. This two-story home will feature three bedrooms, two full baths (plus a powder bath) a dining area and a study. With a thoughtful layout, inviting spaces and a wow-that’s-big 3-car tandem garage, it’s sure to check plenty of boxes and then some.
